Peace Officer / Traffic Warden Training 2025
Exciting Opportunity for Unemployed Youth!
The Greater Oudtshoorn Municipality, Law Enforcement Division, in collaboration with the Department of Police Oversight and Community Safety, is offering unemployed youth a chance to be trained as Peace Officers / Traffic Wardens.
Programme Details:
📅 Duration: 30 days (Accredited Training)
Location: Greater Oudtshoorn Municipal Area
Cost: Fully covered for 20 qualifying participants
This programme aims to enhance Law Enforcement capacity within the local municipality by equipping selected candidates with the necessary skills and training.
Minimum Qualifications & Requirements:
✔️ Matric / Grade 12 Certificate
✔️ Clear SAPS Criminal Record or Proof of Application
✔️ Ages: 20 – 35 years old
✔️ Must be unemployed
✔️ Resident of the Greater Oudtshoorn Municipal Area
✔️ Learner’s License or Valid Driver’s License
Note: Only 20 candidates will be selected for this fully funded training opportunity.
