Key Responsibilities

As part of the picking team, your duties will include:

• Accurately picking and packing products according to order requirements.

• Working with the dispatch team to prepare orders for delivery.
• Keeping work areas clean, safe, and organized.
• Reporting any stock discrepancies or damages to supervisors.

Requirements

• Education: Minimum Grade 10 (Matric / Grade 12 will be an advantage).
• Experience: Previous warehouse or picking experience will be beneficial, but training will be provided for enthusiastic and willing candidates.
• Ability to read and follow order instructions accurately.
• Good attention to detail.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet daily targets.
• Good communication skills and a positive work attitude.
• Physical fitness – able to stand for long periods and lift moderately heavy items.
• Must be punctual, reliable, and a team player.
