The Innovation Hub Management Company SOC (Ltd) and ERGO (Pty) Ltd are offering a fantastic training opportunity for unemployed youth interested in learning how to repair mobile devices. If you’re eager to gain hands-on technical skills and explore entrepreneurship, this program is for you!

What Does the Programme Entail?
Participants will receive comprehensive training that includes:
✅ Accredited Technical Training – Gain industry-recognized skills in mobile device repair.
✅ Business Registration Support – Learn how to start and register your own business.
✅ Personal Development Skills – Develop essential skills for self-employment and continuous learning.
✅ Entrepreneurial Coaching & Mentoring – Get guidance from experienced professionals in the industry.
✅ Start-Up Toolkits – Receive the necessary tools to kickstart your business.
Who Can Apply?
To qualify, applicants must meet the following criteria:
✔️ Must have Grade 12 / Matric with either Pure Mathematics or Mathematical Literacy.
✔️ A Technical Background in Electronics or a Certificate in Electronics is preferred.
✔️ Must be under the age of 35.
✔️ Must be a South African citizen.
✔️ No prior experience in the industry is required.
✔️ Priority will be given to candidates from ERGO host communities, including:
- Ekurhuleni Southern and Eastern Areas
- City of Johannesburg Region B, C, and D
Program Details and Support
📍 Location: Training will take place at Diepkloof and Duduza Kasi Labs.
Costs: All program-related costs will be fully covered under ERGO’s Social and Labour Plan LED Programme.
