  • Head Office – 10 positions
  • Capricorn District – 15 positions
  • Mopani District – 15 positions
  • Sekhukhune District – 15 positions
  • Vhembe District – 15 positions
  • Waterberg District – 15 positions

REQUIREMENTS

A) Qualifications and Competencies

  • Minimum of Grade 12 (Matric) plus a National Diploma in Office Management at NQF Level 6.
  • Computer literacy.

B) Knowledge and Skills

  • Experience in Data Capturing, Patient Records, and Administration in Health facilities.
  • Familiarity with Web District Health Information System (DHIS), Excel, and Community Outreach Information Management Systems.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Patient Records Management.
  • Ability to speak, read, and write English, along with any local language.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS

  • Timely Data Capturing, Verification, and Reporting: Ensure accurate and on-time submission of reports.
  • Records Management: Organizing, managing, and maintaining soft copies and physical files of all documents.
  • Retrieving Necessary Reports: Extract and provide necessary reports and records from the database.
  • Collaboration & Coordination: Work with different sections to manage records efficiently.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update relevant records, reports, and documentation.

General Office Assistant Duties:

  • Scheduling Appointments & Meeting Preparations.
  • Taking Minutes during Meetings.
  • Data Capturing and Preparation of Monthly Reports.
  • Creating and Managing Schedules for Applicants.
  • Drafting and Submitting Reports to Various Offices.
